Remember, vitamin C is soluble in water and not stored in our body for a long time- needs to be filled every day. The recommended dietary allowance (RDA) of vitamin C for a healthy adult woman is 75 mg and 90 mg for men (by the National Academy of Sciences of the USA). While these amounts are sufficient to prevent shortfalls of vitamin C and severe, current recommended daily allowances may be severely outdated. For this reason, we recommend using vitamin C flow as an easy tool to identify your unique tolerance of vitamin C. How to make a vitamin C Bowel FlushFirst, get a powdered vitamin C product that is dampened, fully reduced, and 100% L-Ascorbate (humans only use L-Ascorbate).
